Coping Skills will help to target participants understanding and ability to cope with emotions. The program takes a special focus on big emotions like anxiety, sadness, loss and anger, while also delving into preventative and responsive strategies.
Coping Skills has been designed to provide foundational knowledge and understanding that will reduce confusion and distress. Each week will incorporate practical skills, such as breathing techniques, meditation and mindfulness. Repetition and revision will be used throughout the program to solidify knowledge and skills.
