Our Cooking Program has been designed and implemented by an Accredited Dietitian. With the program being delivered in a practical format, participants are encouraged to learn and practise their skills, while executing meal plans that teach the benefits of a healthy nutritional diet, as well as the preventions of obesity, diabetes, cholesterol and more. Throughout this program participants have the opportunity to learn and implement the following:
• Personalised weekly meal plans • Budgeting • Grocery shopping • Food safety and hygiene • A healthy lifestyle
The participants personalised goals will be reviewed throughout the 12 months to ensure that the program has meaningful outcomes.
